Outcask Specialty Cask Stoutcask 500ml: The culmination of a unique collaboration with Mountain Culture Beer Co., this bold and complex rum is a true full-circle project. Our Wild Rum was aged for an additional two years in a barrel that previously held the "Angels' Share" stout, resulting in a distinct flavor profile. The finished rum boasts notes of roasted malt, subtle espresso, and chocolate, with a long, warming, and dry finish.
