Our Third release Karu x Craft Works Barrel Aged Gin has rested on oak for 2 years at the mercy of The Devils Wilderness NSW. 

An aromatic gin tailored for the barrel, offering a complex dynamic of sweet and warm flavours, amplified by the influence of the wood, just as if it were a botanical in the gin.

Applewood smoke-infused juniper with cardamom and clove offer a warm tone, balancing beautifully with a burst of naval orange.

Appearance – A darker Sepia hue.

Nose – Warm spiced juniper & scorched orange tones, rich sweetness.

Palate – Chocolate Jaffa, delicate cardamom & Clove.
