Our spent Affinity Gin botanicals are roasted, ground and then blended with a touch of TKC magic, equalling the perfect Summer blend. Blend the mix with a little squeeze of citrus juice and slap it on your pork chops, use as a base for ceviche or simply use as your new go-to rub for fish. It also makes a cracking garnish to elevate your cocktails.
