A bright and floral take on a G&Tea, tempered by the slight bitterness of Amaro. Best suited to lazy Sunday afternoons.
INGREDIENTS:
45ml Affinity Gin
1 bag of Vermilion Cocktail Infusion Tea
15ml Italian Red Bitter Liqueur
Tonic Water
METHOD:
Add gin and infusion teabag to a glass. Let it steep for 10 minutes. Add in liqueur.
Fill with ice and top up with tonic.
Garnish with a blood orange wheel.
