Whilst overseeing the distilling process, we saw an opportunity to reduce waste and create amazing new products. After our aromatic and flavourful botanicals have given their incredible flavours to our spirits - wether it's the juniper and citrus in our gins or the chipotle in our vodka - they become "spent botanicals".
They're a resource waiting for a second delicious life, rather than just landfill.
