Bloody Morita

A delicious spicy and smokey take on a Bloody Mary. This drink combines the South American influences of Morita and the classic elements of a Bloody Mary.
INGREDIENTS:

60ml Morita Chipotle Vodka
Tomato Juice
1 Lime Wedge
Chipotle Tabasco Sauce
A Bar Spoon of Worcestershire Sauce
Pickled Jalapeños
Coriander 
A Stick of Celery
Chilli Salt and Cracked Pepper for rimming

METHOD:

To rim the glass rub the lime wedge around the rim then roll the glass in the chilli salt and pepper.

Add the Morita and Lime Wedge into a Cocktail Shake and muddle. Add the Chipotle Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce and stir. Strain into a high ball glass of ice and top with Tomato Juice. Garnish with slices of pickled jalapeños (add some brine if you like it extra spicy), Coriander, a stick of celery and another wedge of lime.
