Through this ongoing partnership, $15 from every bottle sold is donated directly to support the sanctuary's breeding and rewilding initiatives, serving as a vital global insurance policy against extinction.

Alligator pepper contributes a warming kick with hints of ginger and menthol.

CHAKALAKA

In true Karu fashion, the flavour story extends beyond the bottle. Adhering to a zero-waste ethos, the spent botanicals from distillation are upcycled by Ziggy's Wildfoods create Karu Culinary Chakalaka: a spicy, savoury South African vegetable relish designed to elevate shaker boards and food pairings.
