A surprisingly purple lychee martini. The Lychee works perfectly with the South East Asian flavours in Amethyst infused Affinity gin.
Ingredients:
60ml Amethyst infused Affinity Gin
10ml Rosé vermouth
60ml Tinned lychee juice
The Juice of half a lime
Method:
Add all ingredients to a paddle glass and add ice. Stir and allow to sit for a few minutes to dilute. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a tinned lychee and lavender.
