Lightning Gin's heavy juniper profile pairs perfectly with dark chocolate gelato, creating the perfect gin and chocolate lover's cocktail.
Ingredients:
50ml Lightning Gin
3 Scoops of Dark Chocolate Gelato
300ml Almond Milk
Chocolate Topping, Cream, Maraschino Cherry and Chocolate Dust for garnishing.
Method:
Add Lightning Gin, gelato, almond milk and a scoop of ice to a blender and set on high for 20 seconds. Rim your glass with chocolate topping before filling up with the frappé mix. Spiral cream on top, dust with chocolate and garnish with a cherry.
