Tart Davidson plum, bright citrus, Affinity Gin and oh-so subtle lick of heat from our Hot Agave make this little jam-jar sour ridiculously easy to love.
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp Davidson Plum Jam
45mL Affinity Gin
30mL fresh lemon juice
15mL Hot Agave
Ice
METHOD
Add the Davidson Plum Jam, Affinity Gin, lemon juice and Hot Agave straight into your almost-finished jam jar.
Add a good handful of ice, pop the lid on tightly and give it a proper shake until chilled.
Crack it open and enjoy straight from the jar like the royalty you are.
