INGREDIENTS
45ml Affinity Gin
1 Bar Spoon Blood Orange Marmalade
45ml Pineapple Juice
1 Bar Spoon Maple Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
1 drop of Vanilla Bean Paste
METHOD
Add Affinity Gin & marmalade to a cocktail shaker, Muddle till combined. Add all other ingredients along with ice and shake until frosty. Double strain into a martini glass and garnish with pineapple.
