45mL Affinity Gin
30mL fresh lemon juice
15mL Hot Agave

METHOD
Shake the Morita Chipotle Vodka, Coco Lopez, lime juice and Lillypilly & Strawberry Jam with ice.
Rim your glass with shredded coconut, fill with fresh ice and pour in the shaken mixture. Top with soda water and garnish with fresh lime.
