INGREDIENTS
60mL Pourtrait Classic Gin
10mL Naturi Dirty Dry Vermouth
2 tbsp Olive brine
Ice
(optional) Rosemary oil for garnish
METHOD (STIRRED)
Pour the gin, vermouth, and olive brine into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir gently until icy cold and beautifully diluted. Single strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, then finish with as many olives as your heart and spirit desire.
METHOD (SHAKEN)
Add the gin, vermouth, and olive brine to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake with intention until frosty and dramatic. Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, then elevate the moment with a few drops of rosemary oil and a generous olive situation.
