Meet the Boozy Bubble Tea: Orsa Coffee Gin Liqueur, coconut milk and horchata loaded with coffee jellies and crowned with an ube cream topping that is, frankly, outrageously fun & flavourful.
INGREDIENTS
60mL Orsa Coffee Gin Liqueur
20mL Horchata
100mL long life coconut milk
30mL coffee jellies
Ice
For the ube cream topping:
60mL thickened cream
15mL Hot Agave 5mL ube syrup
METHOD
In your glass or bubble tea cup, combine coconut milk, water, horchata and Orsa Coffee Gin Liqueur.
Add coffee jellies and ice.
For the ube cream topping, combine thickened cream, Hot Agave and ube syrup in a cream charger and charge until fluffy. No cream charger? Whisk like your life depends on it!
Spoon the ube cream generously over the top and serve immediately.
