Savannah Gin: the second official collaboration between Karu Distillery and the Wild Cat Conservation Centre in Wilberforce, NSW.
The gin derives its name from the sanctuary’s expansive simulated savannah habitat, where endangered cheetahs hone their natural wild instincts before transitioning to protected African wildlife reserves as part of their ultimate rewilding journey.
To support this vital global insurance policy against extinction, $15 from every bottle sold is donated directly to fund the sanctuary’s conservation breeding and rewilding programs.
African & Australian Hero Botanicals:
Earthy, dry kola nut, herbal pelargonium root (rose geranium), tangy citrus-and-pear baobab, tart cranberry-like rosella hibiscus and warming, mentholic alligator pepper.
Bright Citrus Trio: Fresh lemon peel, tart lime peel, and bittersweet grapefruit peel.
Classic & Warm Spices: Piney juniper, aromatic coriander, clove, nutmeg, cool cardamom and smooth vanilla.
